Design and Construction

We review drawings and specifications, coordinate with other trades and deliver installations that suit both the construction program and the finished space. Whether working from a completed design or developing a design-and-construct scope, we focus on getting the details right before work begins on site.

Commercial Fit-Outs and Refurbishments

Fit-outs and refurbishments are core to our work. We deliver complete electrical and communications packages for office tenancies, warm-shell projects and building upgrades - covering power, lighting, data, workstation provisions, meeting rooms, AV locations and amenities. We coordinate closely with the construction program to keep the project moving and hand over a space that's ready to occupy.

Power and Lighting Installations

From general power and lighting through to feature and architectural lighting, we deliver installations that are safe, compliant and cleanly finished. Our scope includes small power, dedicated circuits for equipment and appliances, LED and feature lighting, and all the associated wiring and connections needed to bring a commercial space to life.

Distribution Boards and Submains

We design, supply, install and upgrade distribution boards and submains to suit the demands of each project. This includes new boards, board modifications and upgrades, three-phase supply upgrades and submain installation - correctly sized and configured to support the connected loads safely and reliably.

Lighting Controls and Emergency Lighting

We install and integrate lighting control systems - including occupancy sensors, switching and dimming - to improve energy efficiency and meet project requirements. We also deliver compliant emergency and exit lighting, ensuring the installation meets the relevant standards for safe egress.

Data and Communications

Our team delivers structured data and communications cabling for commercial spaces, including Cat6A cabling, data outlets, floor boxes, WAP and CCTV provisions, and communications rack upgrades. We coordinate the communications scope alongside the electrical works so everything is delivered together, cleanly and on program.

Testing, Commissioning and Handover

Every project is completed with thorough testing and commissioning to confirm the installation is safe, compliant and operating as intended. We provide the documentation needed for handover, giving clients confidence the space is ready for occupation and operation.
