NSW Education - PPS Metro West Rollout

Walec Power delivered complete mechanical electrical works for the NSW Education PPS Metro West rollout across 40P and 60P sites. The package took each installation from wiring and controls through to termination, testing, commissioning and handover documentation.

We coordinated with the mechanical contractor and the wider construction program so VRF systems, communications room air conditioning, ventilation, heaters and field controls were installed, commissioned and documented to the same standard across the sites.

WALEC Power completed electrical and lighting upgrades within this heritage building, delivering a modern installation while working carefully around the existing structure and finishes.

Works included new linear and architectural lighting, LED troffers, emergency lighting, kitchen and office lighting upgrades, entrance feature lighting and associated switching, plus replacement skirting duct, new power outlets and integration of existing data cabling, followed by testing, commissioning and documentation.

Disney Studios - Moore Park

Electrical works for the refurbishment of male, female and accessible amenities and communal areas, including new LED lighting, occupancy sensors, connections and isolation for hand dryers, service modifications and distribution board upgrades.

Sydney Roosters - Moore Park

Comprehensive electrical upgrade across the commercial kitchen, common areas, living quarters and external laundry - including dedicated circuits for appliances, LED feature lighting, data and media provisions, a three-phase supply upgrade, external trenching and new submains.

ATO Sydney - 255 George Street

Architectural feature lighting to the Level 28 reception, including concealed LED drivers integrated with the existing supply and lighting controls.

Slalom - The Rocks

Electrical and communications fit-out across Level 2, including power and data to workstation clusters, meeting rooms and AV locations, floor boxes, Cat6A cabling for WAPs and CCTV, and communications rack upgrades.

Full electrical and communications refurbishment of a Level 1 tenancy, including power, lighting and data throughout, AV provisions, emergency and exit lighting, smoke detection and feature lighting.

Suite 401 - Bondi Junction

Electrical and communications fit-out including power and data to workstations, ducted skirting, meeting room lighting and AV provisions.

Tru Ninja - Rundle Mall, Adelaide
